Whole Wheat Brownies
INGREDIENTS
⅓ cup oil
⅓ cup organic sugar
⅓ cup honey
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
⅓ cup CVM soft whole wheat flour
⅓ cup cocoa or carob powder
¼ tsp. salt
Dash cinnamon
Beat oil, sugar, honey and vanilla together.
Add eggs one at a time.
Stir together whole wheat flour, carob powder, and salt.
Add to wet mixture, beating just until blended.
Pour into greased 9×9 pan.
Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
